Refund and Returns Policy
No refund after dispatch
No refund is provided once the order is out for delivery. Because our mithai is prepared fresh daily, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that have left our kitchen.
Cancellation before dispatch
If you need to cancel or modify your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been prepared or handed to the delivery rider.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. We will address the situation on a case-by-case basis.
