How do product options work?

Each product page shows the available weights or variants. Pick one, then add it to the bag at the live store price.

How do I pay?

Cash on delivery is available, and the checkout page shows the live payment methods returned by WooCommerce.

When does my order ship?

Orders inside Kathmandu Valley ship quickly by rider when the store confirms the address. Outside the valley, courier timing depends on the live shipping option.

Can I return or exchange?

Use the contact channel shown on the site if you need a change before dispatch. Once an order is packed, changes depend on stock and delivery progress.

What is the collection?

It is the live product index for the store. Each item is sold through WooCommerce, and the collection page simply lists what is currently available.
